Will get more bids when getting closer, but have heard from the following:
Excel Signs and Designs - $35,000 - 40,000 (new posts, 3x8 LED screen, cabinet at the top, skirting at the bottom, pillars would stay
Can be dimmed or turned off if needed
Could be done within a month
Could show photos, show multiple messages

Treasurer Update (Kati/Stephanie)
- Financials
Ending balance as of 9/30/23: $73,729.77

- Mini Grants
Alyssa Hesser - storage cubes for office, $70

To avoid missing loose papers/receipts
Digital copies can be easily saved digitally 

- Voided check documentation policy
Digital copy of who/when/why a check was voided, a photo of voided check should be uploaded when able

- Update Policy and Procedures
Starr Carroll is in the process of updating procedures. Putting electronic forms into procedures 
Will be voted on before officially changed

- President’s Forum has been updated, they have agreed with changes being made, approved of our minutes

President’s Forum Meeting Review (Chris)
- Tye, safety director in Rockwood presented about Rockwood security (not affiliated with the police department, they are Rockwood School District).

- Dr Willet (curriculum) - will bring in vocational interests in younger grades. Will start to be seen in about ⅕ years

- Parent Square - Be trained and have access to a way to provide information
We are volunteered as the pilot 
Ensure it is correct, professional, not more than once a week, 
Volunteer messages be opt out

Sponsorship Update (Ashleigh)
Two trivia rounds done ($150 sponsor) 
Needing 8 more silver sponsors

Kids Craft Fair on Thursday, Nov. 16 (Starr)
- 13 tables registered, 25 available 

- Set up volunteers, get here at 4:45 - Paul, Karen, Starr, Asleigh 
4:30-6:30 pm; 6-8 pm

- PTO table for spirit wear, use card readers and request cash box

Adult Fundraiser/Trivia Night (Karen)
- Date: Saturday, Jan. 13
Theme: Through the Decades
Set up: Noon
Event Time: 6-10 p.m.
Doors open 5:30
Trivia 6:30-9:30
Out by midnight

- Tickets go on sale Monday, Nov. 27, and close on Tuesday, Jan. 2
Auction goes live on Wednesday, Jan. 10, and closes at 9 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 13

- Donations needed for auction
Grade levels have each chosen basket themes 

- Volunteers needed
4 scorekeepers; 2 bartenders; 2 servers; 10 setup; 10 cleanup; 2 registration table;2 raffle (50/50 & lottery ticket)
All proceeds going towards a new, digital marquee for Geggie!

- 11/13 Save the date graphic - registration begins Monday Nov 27th
Ask what decade the tables choose when they register
