- Tech funds were used to get 5 new laptops for substitutes and office needs 

- Solar Eclipse - no recesses, glasses will be provided 
12:42-1:30 teachers can take students out for viewing

Bingo Night Update (Chris)

Chris will bring water and napkins

 - Doors open at 6pm

- Auction site is up

- Do we want to do Bingo in 2025?
Idea - put experience auction in with adult fundraiser and change bingo event to a free event

Teacher Appreciation Week Update - May 6-10 (Christine Linder)
- Christine has reached out to Nothing Bundt Cakes for pricing and she will update flier
Need to get website ready and can update pricing once we receive

- She is booking things for the other days - more details to follow

2025 Trivia Night - Possible location change (Ashleigh Daniel)
- Community center is booked for Jan 17, 2025

- Brookdale - available Feb 8th, 4 hour time slot - can set up all day, they set up tables and chairs, open bar (Brookdale), catering (not required to use Brookdale, outside food is allowed), capacity 300-400
Tables and chairs included
Full open bar ($500 bartender fee for 4 bartenders for 4 hours) $20/person for bar fee
$950, $500 bartender + $20/person, 10% service fee
Raise cost of each ticket to help over ($6,000 for 300 people)
