City of Eureka is saying a digital marquee in a residential area needs to be 200 ft from the road
Options to dim the glow or turn off light overnight

CITY 2 soccer game tickets/possible fundraising opportunity (Elyse Powell)
- CITY 2 Group Experience - fundraiser
2 options of ticket purchasing
Purchase bulk tickets (min 20) and sell on out own at an increased price OR
Have a personal website set up for purchasing tickets, priced at about $18 ($10 ticket price, $5 to PTO, $3 admin fee) No minimum number of tickets, no limit on tickets. Funds transfer within 2-3 weeks to PTO website

- Pick a game date - schedule will come out soon

Blues tickets/possible fundraising opportunity (Karen)
- Dates available 2/22, 3/17 (Sunday, spring break), 3/19 (Tuesday, spring break) or 4/1 (Monday)
We will ask for other available dates, see what dates are available for the CITY 2 games
They provide a link to purchase discounted tickets. Add $5 or more to each ticket bought to go back to PTO

Adult Fundraiser/Trivia Night Recap (Karen)
- ~ $16,000 gross income

- Use Camilla’s for all VIP tables next year, Sarah’s for dessert

- Need more seltzer, 3 kegs was good
Average 3 seltzers per person

- Sponsor advertisements did not all show up with the backgrounds

- The back of the room could not hear - speaker in the back of the room? 

Taste of the World (Karen & Sam) March 7th 6-7:30 (set up at 5)
- 13 tables are signed up (1 from Eureka Elementary!)

- Mr. Grimshaw is considering stopping the 5K, if so, he could help combine efforts with Boosterthon
