Hand out shirts at orientation? We did this for 23-24 due to playdate rainout

Ashleigh Daniel, Co-VP of Fundraising - term ends this year

Adult Fundraiser/Trivia Night (Karen)
- Date: Saturday, Jan. 13
Set up: Noon
Event Time: Doors open 5:30/Trivia begins at 6:30 p.m.

- Sold out!

- Volunteers needed
2 servers; 10 setup - Starts at noon (likely a few hours); 10 cleanup; 2 registration table - Maggie and Jessica; 2 raffle (50/50 & lottery ticket)

- Pick up food for VIP tables 
Pick up liquor from Red Door - 3 pm

- Teacher table?
Yes, 90’s theme

- Auction update - Goes live next Wednesday
All proceeds going towards a new, digital marquee for Geggie!

Taste of the World (Karen & Sam)
- Schedule for Thursday March 7th
Gym is booked

- Customs table check in
Kids will get a “passport” which will be stamped at each table
At the end they will go back through customs again and get a Geggie PTO Taste of the World stamp

- STL Sambas - unable to get ahold of them
Reaching out to other people for a cultural dance (demo and lesson)

- Registration ends February 9th (next PTO meeting Feb 7th)

Bingo Night (Chris Alexander and Maggie)
- April 5th at 6pm

Need bingo license, secure location
Pick a theme

- Auction (mostly experiences for students)
Ashleigh will update Google form and send to Dan to get out to staff
