CITY 2 Fundraiser (Elyse Powell)
- 160 tickets sold so far
43 kids (26 families) entered into drawing for Player Pal 

- PTO night games
Will look into dates

Blues Fundraiser (Karen)
- March 17th, $5 off each ticket 
Will look at dates earlier next year if we do it again


Taste of the World (Karen & Sam)
- 14 countries - Sam printed flags with country names for the tables
25 tables and 50 chairs ordered, 8 outlets needed
Passports are printed, sticker from each table and one at the exit
Cancel the dancing demo 
Set up Helpers needed at 4:30 - Chris, Starr, Sam, Michelle

Bingo Night (Chris)
- Moved to LaSalle Middle - Limit 200

- Decorations and bingo supplies are being ordered

- Auction - add kid experience auction 
Starr getting access to Google Form
Teachers have sent in some auction experiences 

- Prizes
Bought by Sam - 30 prizes (2 per round, 10 extra + Chris is donating a few unopened toys)

- Flyers will go out next week
Registration on membership toolkit go live Monday

Teacher Appreciation Week May 6-10 (Christine Linder)
- Camping themed
Coffee, trail mix bar, charcuterie boxes

- Each day will have a PTO gift + student gift/action

- Teacher favorites lists

Not selling spirit wear

- Holiday Shop
Start with 3 days Dec 10-12th
Gifts for family members/pets
Not meant to make money
Kids go through to pick out gifts and wrap them at the end
80% of items are $5 or less, we choose the mark up, 5% - to be put into caring cats
Can run 5 days, can email what items need to be restocked and they will bring it next day
Maybe use a space in the library?
Kids get 1 day to shop
Free to sign up, if sign up early we can get free “cash” for kids to use if needed

- Trivia Night
Eureka had 31 tables at Brookdale, fire, food truck (not included in admission), charged $40 per person/$400 per table, $500 for VIP tables - can bring outside food but no outside drinks
Move to February? 2/15?
Currently reserved for 1/18/25 at the community center

- Taste of the World
Combine with Eureka Elementary and Blevins
Get together for confirmation, date and location
(Eureka Elem already hosts STEM night), maybe EHS commons

- Bingo Night

Use Geggie gym, make a free event (no need for bingo license), ask for donations for prizes 

- Lessen/skip share events for next year, keep experiences (City 2, hockey game)
