Ms. Kirkpatrick - table top machines - available to entire school population
Proposal: utilize the rest of her teacher funds, art to remember funds and approve mini grant for the rest of the balance.
Motion approved up to $1300 with the caveat that she will utilize all other funds available and designated to her.
Ms. Miller (2nd) Graphic novel library build - her class only
Approved up to $182.41 with the caveat that she may be able to get them cheaper through Mrs. Presley
- Flyer from Domino’s - will file away with potential to use/bundle with a community event
Parade Recap
- We won first place again! Thank you to all involved. Your hard work truly showed!
Boosterthon - Oct 9-17 (Lisa/Emily)
- Kickoff Assembly on Oct. 9th
12:10 - 12:40 setup
1:00 - 1:30 / 1:45 - 2:15
- Location for race day to be determined
- Membership toolkit has launched a similar program - will want to compare pricing/offerings for next year

Trunk or Treat - Oct 25 (Carrie)
- Discussed logistics and staging of the event
- Need more trunks - discussed how to manage communications around boosterthon and encourage other families/community members to participate
- Dr. Hannon will reach back out to teachers to see if there are any others willing to participate
- Elyse will schedule another post encouraging sign-ups
Cardinals fundraiser opportunity (Starr)
- The choir usually performs in May on a Friday night. Mrs. Schaefferkoetter is wanting to extend the program to include the whole school. We would have a separate account manager that Leigh would help us secure to handle our sales.
If we agree to do this, we will need to pick a section. Chorus usually picks better seats because that’s where they would rather sit, but it wouldn’t be a “Geggie only” section because of season ticket holders. If we go school-wide, it will be higher up, less expensive tickets, but it will be just Geggie families in one section. Leigh thinks the choir would be fine with the cheaper tickets when they find out that everyone has a chance to attend and cheer on our singers.

Veterans Day - Nov 8 - (Lisa)
- Decorate Hallway - there is a sign in the PTO closet
- Staff Committee meeting tomorrow to go over logistics
- Date should be November 11th

Kids Craft Fair - Nov 14 - (Starr)
- The gym is booked for the archery club every Thursday in November. Need to discuss if we can move the event to 11/13 or another date. We would have to update families of the change of date.

- Discussed logistics on sign-up drop and cutoff
Holiday Shop - Dec 10-12
- Using the gym stage for the shop.
- Lisa/Katie are willing to tackle the event if necessary - we’re past the cancellation
Geggie's Got Talent Proposal
- Fifth grade students want to bring back Geggie’s Got Talent. They emailed their proposal for the event.
Consensus reached to move forward (no vote necessary)
President’s Forum Meeting
- Wednesday, October 16th @ 9:30am at the Administrative Annex in Eureka, MO
