• Next project ideas - sunshades on the playground, new cafeteria tables
• Giant pencil/marker planter decor in front of school

Treasurer Update (Karen/Chris):

• Financials (November 2025)
  • Checking account closing balance as of 11/30/25: $7,934.46
  • Money market account closing balance as of 11/30/25: $60,113.85
• Mini Grants
  • No mini grants

Approval of November Agenda (Christine/Kati):

• Kati Vanko approves, second Starr Carroll, all in favor, minutes approved

Marquee Update (Chris):

• Compared equipment to other schools of similar size
• Replace the marquee sign, leave the pillars in place
• Rockwood facilities will cover wiring and electrical costs (as of the previous meeting 24-25 school year, will be confirmed).
• Bids
  • LED Craft, Inc. - $40,875
    • 50”X100” sign, aluminum skirt under sign to hide gap and wires
    • Best pricing, supportive customer service, will come talk with PTO/school staff, invite to tour company and how signs are made
    • Auto simming
    • Lifetime subscription to software management
    • Training for staff included in price
    • 10 year warranty 
  • Piros Sign - $51,960
    • 10 year warranty
    • FastSigns - $43,840
    • 7 year warranty  
  • Others declined to bid
• Goal - district meeting scheduled within 2 weeks, install over spring break or summer

Holiday Shop (Chris/Lisa):

• Set up after school Friday in tech room
• Friday record walkthrough video, email to teachers to play on Monday
• Idea for next year - stack holiday shop with toy day (first week of December)

Trivia Night (Kati/Chris):

• VIP tables - Camillas is confirmed, requesting desserts from Sarah’s, supplement dessert with donations and/or Costco 
• Sold 2 VIP and 9 standard
• Silent Auction/Experience Auction - 
  • Great Wolf Lodge package will be purchased for $399, includes 1 night stay, 6 waterpark passes
    • Minimum bid $400
  • Grade level basket themes are chosen by grades
  • Elyse has a list of local businesses we will request donations from as well as letters to give business.
  • Software cost will go under operating expenses, less than $350
  • Experiences - contact high school camps, school concert seats, teachers are submitting

Geggie's Got Talent (Courtney):

• February 26th, 6-7pm suggested time
• Dress rehearsal Feb 25th 
• Gym is reserved, sound system requested
• Ask 4th/5th graders to help as stagehand (moving things on/off stage between acts)

PTO Website (Elyse):

• /pto-private - takes you to reimbursement request, facilities request, list of volunteer signups (if an admin for that event)
• /staff-info - links for teachers to sign up for events (times for holiday shop, sign ups for trivia table, *add mini grant form to print and reimbursement request)
• Working on easier filtering on directory

Taste of the World (Maggie):

• Location - Eureka elementary - partnering with Eureka and Blevins
• April 16th 6-8pm
• Meeting Dec 8th at 4:30 at Eureka elementary 

Misc. Business (Christine/Kati):

• Recap: Veteran’s Day, Kid Craft Fair
  • Veteran’s Day - went well, no problems
• Kids Craft Fair - 45 sold tables, 46 showed up - check in process next year
  • PTO provide bags to tables next year
  • Spread tables into cafeteria 
• Geggie Chorus singing the National Anthem at a Cardinals game 
  • PTO to sell 50 tickets minimum, $30/ticket + transaction fee?, sold through website
  • Game day - Friday May, 1st against the Dodgers 
  • PTO open sales after Mrs. Schaefferkoetter 
• PTO Presidents’ Forum - Wednesday, 12/10 from 9:30 a.m - 11:30 a.m. 
  • Stanton Elem - Karen McBride, Elyse Powell, Kati Vanko, Christine Linder?, Starr Carroll?
• Next Meeting: Wednesday, 1/7 from 6 p.m. - 7 p.m.
