- Mini Grants
First grade is asking to pay for the Abe Lincoln re-enactor.
Discussed adding as budget line item during 25-26 FY planning.
Karen moved to approve
Katie seconded.
Passed unopposed.
- Mrs. Jennings would like to purchase a scanner for her office.
This scanner would be for safety and privacy of students' information. Mrs. Jennings is okay to use any of her counseling funds if needed.
Karen moved to approve subject to using the balance of her counselor funds with a max up to $200.
Lindsay seconded.

CITY 2 soccer game (Elyse Powell)
- Schedule is available but PTO will need to schedule around the Cardinals game coordinated by Schaefferkoetter, which is in May. Elyse will request March 30th and follow-up with PTO if needed.
Spring Picture Day - Feb 12th
- Courtney Abegg, Cyndi Lacy, Rachel Reagan, Stacey Weida, Chelsea Dunlap, Chris Alexander, Erin Balz, Asha Cannon, Lisa Gray, Maggie Hinds, Natalie Grant, and Stephanie Silvey have all signed up to help.
Need to email for availability and sign up for time slots.
Lots of volunteers for Spring Picture Day currently committed.
Katie will reach out in the morning to confirm availability and coordinate sign-ups.
Trivia Night/Silent Auction - Feb 8th
- Setup will be 10-1pm the Saturday prior.
- Note for next year: trash removal is $500 and we may wish to coordinate this item with potential volunteers.
- PTO can arrive at 5pm, doors open at 6pm, and open bar begins at 6:30pm (closes at 10:30pm).
- Committee has coordinated a mostly cash free event but will have cash box for ancillaries.
- Auction has been adjusted this year to include experiences that can be purchased outright and reduce cash on-hand requirements.
Geggie’s Got Talent - March 6th
- We have 15 student acts and 1 staff act!
- Sound system is going to be set up March 5, and removed the March 7th from the gym
- Dress rehearsal will happen on the 5th.
- Invites will go out to the entire school - may need to take RSVPs to ensure we have enough chairs.
- No sound needed.
Taste of the World - April 10th at Eureka Elementary
- Committee meeting on Tuesday at 4:30pm.
- Signup genius or a Google form may be the best way to gather signups.
- Elyse suggested promoting the event on the welcome back board.
- Last year we had 20 tables - we are shooting for 30 tables this year.
- Will encourage families to combine for the same countries.

- President’s Forum Meeting Wednesday, Feb. 12, at 9:30 a.m. at Ellisville Elementary
- Next PTO meeting on Wednesday, March 5, at 6 p.m. in the Geggie Library
- Tuesday Feb 11 there is a Rockwood Strategic Plan Community Engagement Meeting at Marquette 6PM. The topic will be Safe and Caring Schools
