- Booster still has money matches coming through.

Conversations around taking on Boosterthon support again or doing solo.
Action item: Need to gather support early if solo.

PE Department budget
- Pizza for Kids Night Out left only ~$90 for the 5K deposit. The deposit is $515 this year
Next year, PTO will just pay for pizza, not plates and deserts.
Kids night comes out of “event sponsorship”
- We have a $2,000 Spring Event Fund, with no event.
This would be helpful to use for the 5K/60th anniversary event this year.
Ask the PE department to use their funds to pay a deposit?
- PTO asked to pay for the bubble bus for the anniversary event
Price?
- 5K Sponsorship 'Deposit'
Use $200 for the P.E funds, Pay $90.55 from event sponsorship, and the remainder will come out the spring event.

The rest of the Spring Event Fund money go towards the marquee
Other options include, but are not limited to, going over budget on the line item, or not paying the deposit.
President’s Forum Meetings Review (Dec 11th meeting & Jan 8th meeting)
- Social media and the anxious generation
- Background checks needed for any one-on-one interactions with children (if you are the chaperone). If you are just accompanying the teacher or coming to events you don't need one.
Need to get them independently for $40.
Options- Caring funds budget to support parents that want to volunteer but don't have the budget.
Holiday Shop Review (Heather)
- $7,956. Very Popular event with kids.
Made $378.86.

Kids loved the event
The money situation wasn’t organized and needs to be addressed. Look at a new company if we decide to do it again.
- Next year changes
Cash only, larger committee volunteers, new company, room pre-planned.
Space worked well for the event
Adult Fundraiser/Trivia Night (Karen) Feb. 8th at Brookdale
- 18 tables purchased. Need 2 more to break even.
17 tables are still available.
Deadline Jan. 24th.
- Set-up day of
Karen to email. Chris to pick-up Sarah’s.
Camilla’s is donating some food and PTO is paying for some.
- Door opens at 6pm, Bar opens at 6:30pm, Trivia at 7pm. Done around 10pm.
- Elyse to make mulligan stickers.
- Donations coming in slowly and not getting recurring donors. New grade level social push for donators.
- Action: Kendra Scott-Emily; Super smokers- Emily; Amp up- Karen
January 31st- organize and put together baskets: Katie, Starr, Emily, Christine.
- Each grade level (teachers) come up with experiences
- Cashless event, Flyer for the week of the event for the auction link. Auction goes live on Wednesday. QR code for the tables.
60th Celebration/5K Updates (4/26/25)
- Requested bubble bus paid by PTO
Geggie’s Got Talent (3/6/25)
- Rent microphones from the theater department
- Tryouts are before the February PTO meeting on 2/5 in the library. Feel free to come to the meeting early if you would like to preview the acts.
- Want to have about 10 acts. Eventually open up to lower grades if not enough signed up.

- The next President’s Forum Meeting is Wednesday, February 12th at 9:30am at Ellisville Elementary
