Trivia night made around $10,000 for the adult fundraiser event.
Brookdale space was a success!!!
Budget vs Actual: Next year, take out adult fundraiser line items and make inactive income.

Trivia Night/Silent Auction Review
- Trivia Night and Silent Auction a success! Stay with Brookdale for next year.
Making Dates for next year. Tentatively Feb 21st. Brookdale will honor the price. Will not have to pay the down payment until next year.

Pay trash service, worth it!
Auction- Look into new auction software for next year.
Find a new silent auction event coordinator! Cyndi stepping down.
Thank you for the donated teacher's experience! Favorite of the kids! Multiple teacher experiences for more opportunity to win. New experience brainstorm: break the rules, cut the line, etc.
Geggie’s 60th Celebration - April 26
- PE teachers making 5K shirts with a nod to the 60th birthday celebration.
- PTO to create other t-shirts for celebration?
- Friday 25th will need volunteers for set-up, Chris volunteered
- Bubble bus is not available
Look into Foam Gone Bananas. Sarah Favier to contact
Money spent: $1,700 left over in budget. (Bingo Night line item)
Geggie’s Got Talent - March 6
- Dress rehearsal tonight
- 3 Volunteers needed @5pm-6:30

Taste of the World April 10 - Eureka Elementary
- Tables set-up in the EE gym. Doors open at 6pm. 7:15 performance and clean-up at 7:30.
- Decorations: Customs table and photo spot; Sarah suitcases
- Deadline to sign-up changed to 3-26
- Reach out to High schoolers to volunteer to do Henna tattoos.
- Make food allergy sign/stickers
