  • Checking balance as of 9/30 $ 10,572.65
  • Checking balance as of 10/31 $8,453.38
  • Money market as of 9/30 $60,049.76
• Mini Grants
  • Mrs. Kelly - vertical whiteboard for math - $32.71
    • Kati Vanco approves, Starr Carroll second, all in favor, motion passes

Approval of October Agenda (Christine/Kati):

• Chris Alexander approves, Sarah Favier second, all in favor

Marquee Update (Chris):

• First bid - $43,600 
• Plan to keep pillars that were built by Eagle Scouts 
• Tentative timeline - place order by end of school year, plan to install over summer 2026
• All bids to be discussed at December meeting

Veteran’s Day Celebration (Maggie):

• Nov 10
• Set up hallway Friday 11/7
• Coffee and cookies are ordered, to be delivered Monday morning

Kids Craft Fair (Chris):

• Thursday Nov 13th
  • Registration is closed - 45 tables sold
  • Spirit wear table on the stage
    • Cash box needed
  • Set up starts at 5

Holiday Shop (Chris/Lisa):

• Partnered with Penguin Patch  
  • Obtained a $25 Starbucks gift card - give to a random teacher 
  • Obtained $100 Walmart giftcard - pass to Mrs. Jennings to use for Toy Day - buy baby/teen items
• Set up Friday, take a video of items to put on Monday tiger talk
• Shop will run Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Time slots set up for each grade level and teachers will send kids who want to shop rather than entire class 
• Prices rounded to nearest dollar, cash only
• Flyers and envelopes will be sent home
• Set up in tech room (first grade hall)
• Volunteer sign up for help working the shop
• Caring cats can help, work with Mrs. Jennings 

Trivia Night (Kati/Chris)

• Silent Auction/Experience Auction
   
• SNL theme - Live from Brookdale Farms
   
• Meeting with Brookdale Nov 6th to go over contract
   
• Divvy budget to committee members
   
• VIP tables open to everyone at the same time
• Add more VIP tables, make different tiers, pizza?
   
• Silent auction
  • Cardinals tickets, signed Blues jersey, City tickets, Swing around fun town, QT
  • Great wolf lodge package opportunity 
    • Circle back after Brookdale meeting

Misc. Business (Christine/Kati)

• Recap: Eureka Days Parade, Trunk or Treat, Conference Dinners
  • Parade - Float was great, 3rd place
  • Trunk or Treat - next year notes- earlier date was good to give chance for rain date, charge entry fee/sell wristbands $5/student or $10/family? Or raise budget?, ask Eureka Key Club (jessica williams) for volunteers
  • Conference Dinner - teachers loved them
• Geggie Chorus singing the National Anthem at a Cardinals game 
  • Geggie night at the ballpark, partnering with Mrs. Shaefferkoetter
  • Friday May 1st against Dodgers 
  • Total of 300 tickets, PTO sell 50+ of them
  • Sell $30/ticket
• PTO Presidents’ Forum - Wednesday, 12/10 from 9:30 a.m - 11:30 a.m. 
• Next Meeting: Wednesday, 12/3 from 6 p.m. - 7 p.m.
